Flipnzee Affiliate Terms
These terms explain how the Flipnzee Affiliate Program operates. By applying, an affiliate agrees to follow them.
1. Eligibility and approval
Anyone may apply, but every application is subject to Flipnzee approval. Approval may be withheld or an account may be rejected or suspended if program rules are not followed.
2. Affiliate links and attribution
Approved affiliates receive unique links for active Flipnzee listings. A referred browser is attributed for 30 days from the latest affiliate-link visit. If another affiliate link is used later, the latest qualifying referral becomes the active attribution.
3. Commission
| Sale $100 or less | 20% |
| Sale over $100 through $500 | 30% |
| Sale over $500 | 35% |
The applicable rate is selected from the total USD sale amount and applied to the full sale amount. Commission is earned only on qualifying completed sales confirmed by Flipnzee. A click, visit, lead, offer or other buyer action is not itself a commissionable sale.
4. Sales and external transactions
Sales may be completed through Flipnzee auction activity, Buy It Now, Make an Offer, Escrow, PayPal, WhatsApp or direct negotiation. Where a transaction occurs outside Flipnzee, the sale and its attribution may be confirmed manually by Flipnzee.
5. Prohibited activity
- Self-referrals or attempts to earn commission from your own purchase.
- Fraudulent, artificial, automated or manipulated clicks or traffic.
- Misleading advertising, false claims or impersonation of Flipnzee.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages or abusive promotion.
- Any activity intended to manipulate attribution or commission.
6. Cancellations and commission adjustments
If a sale is cancelled, reversed, refunded or found not to qualify, Flipnzee may cancel or adjust the associated commission.
7. Payment
Affiliate payments are made using the payment details supplied in the affiliate dashboard and according to Flipnzee payment procedures. Flipnzee may require reasonable verification before payment.
8. Program changes
Flipnzee may update the program, commission structure, attribution period or these terms. Material changes may apply to future qualifying activity and will be communicated through the website or affiliate dashboard where appropriate.
