Each Flipnzee property includes:
- Full domain ownership
- WordPress admin access
- Installed themes and plugins
- Published content
- SEO structure
- Migration assistance
These are open-source WordPress websites.
There is no proprietary lock-in.
You fully own the asset after transfer.
2️⃣ What Is Not Included
To maintain transparency:
- AdSense accounts are not transferred
- Affiliate accounts are not transferred
- Third-party personal accounts are not included
Buyers use their own accounts after purchase.
This aligns with platform policies and industry standards.
3️⃣ Traffic Foundation
Unless stated otherwise:
- Traffic is organic
- No paid ad campaigns have been run
- No artificial traffic spikes
Buyers may scale using paid campaigns if desired.
4️⃣ Optional: AdSense Application Before Purchase
Buyers may request AdSense application before finalizing the sale.
Process:
- $10 processing fee paid upfront
- Application submitted using buyer’s own AdSense account
- If approved → adjusted against final purchase price
- If not approved → refunded minus transaction fees
AdSense approval depends entirely on Google’s review process and policies.
No guarantees are made.
5️⃣ Payment & Security
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Wise
- Payoneer
- PayPal
- Direct bank transfer
- Escrow (buyer covers escrow fee)
Domain and website transfer begins only after payment is fully confirmed.
This ensures safety for both parties.
6️⃣ Transfer Process

- Admin credentials handed over

7️⃣ After Purchase
Buyers may:
- Apply for AdSense using your own account
- Join affiliate programs and integrate product recommendations
- Add sponsored posts or brand collaborations
- Offer consulting, training, or service-based offerings
- Improve content and optimize SEO
- Scale traffic through organic marketing or paid campaigns
- Resell the asset independently on website marketplaces if desired
- Use the website as an early-stage MVP when applying to startup programs or cloud credit initiatives from providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Oracle, or DigitalOcean (subject to their independent evaluation and approval)
