FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the websites AdSense approved?
Some properties are already approved, while others are structured to meet AdSense guidelines and may be awaiting application. AdSense approval depends entirely on Google’s review process and policies.
Is the AdSense account included in the sale?
No. AdSense accounts are personal and non-transferable under Google policies. Only the website and domain are transferred. Buyers must use their own AdSense account after purchase.
Can I apply for AdSense before purchasing?
Buyers may request AdSense application before finalizing the sale. A small processing fee applies. The application is submitted using the buyer’s own AdSense account. If approved, the fee is adjusted against the final purchase price. If not approved, it is refunded minus transaction fees. Approval depends entirely on Google’s policies and review process.
What traffic sources do these websites use?
Traffic is primarily organic through search engines and social sharing. No paid traffic campaigns have been run unless otherwise specified.
What monetization methods are supported?
These websites can support Google AdSense, other display ad networks, affiliate marketing, sponsored posts, service-based monetization, and lead generation.
Can I use affiliate programs on these sites?
Yes. Buyers are free to apply to affiliate programs independently. Common affiliate marketplaces include Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, and Rakuten. Approval decisions depend on each affiliate network.
Will affiliate programs reject me if the site previously had affiliate links?
No. Affiliate approvals are based on your application and website quality. Existing content typically does not restrict you from applying.
What revenue do the websites currently generate?
Revenue varies by property and monetization setup. Some websites may not yet be fully optimized for monetization. Buyers should evaluate traffic, structure, and niche potential rather than assume guaranteed income.
Can we partner instead of purchasing?
Flipnzee primarily focuses on direct website sales. Partnership proposals or traffic-sharing arrangements are generally not considered.
Can I send traffic and split ad revenue?
Revenue-sharing or traffic-split models are not part of the standard business model. All transactions are structured as asset transfers.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods may include Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, direct bank transfer, or escrow services. Domain and website transfer begins only after payment confirmation.
Do you accept Western Union?
For security and verification reasons, domain and website transfer begins only after payment is fully credited and confirmed. Buyers are encouraged to use secure and traceable payment methods.
What exactly is transferred?
Buyers receive full domain ownership, WordPress admin access, installed themes and plugins, published content, and migration support. No third-party accounts are included.
Can I flip the website later?
Yes. Buyers may independently resell the website or domain on marketplace platforms if they wish.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. Website performance depends on factors such as content strategy, SEO, monetization setup, traffic efforts, and market conditions. No guaranteed income claims are made.
Can these websites be used as MVPs for startup cloud credit programs?
In some cases, yes. Flipnzee websites are built in technology-focused niches such as web development, programming, AI, and data science. Because they are live domains with real content and clear themes, some founders may choose to use them as early-stage MVP foundations when applying to startup or cloud programs offered by providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Oracle, or DigitalOcean.
However, approval for any startup or cloud credit program depends entirely on the evaluation criteria and discretion of the respective provider. Flipnzee does not guarantee acceptance into any program or approval of cloud credits.
